![]() THE MAIN PART OF THE GITE - 3 BEDROOMS Sleeps 6 - 8 - With sole use of the swimming pool "The Miller's Barn" was converted and extended in the early 1980's and has now been totally renovated and refurbished to provide a generously spacious (120 square metres) comfortably furnished, centrally heated and well equipped three bedroom gîte of character. There is a large open fireplace, beamed ceilings, wooden floors and shuttered windows in keeping with a typical French style residence. The roomy interior has been tastefully decorated and feels light and airy. The thick walls tend to retain the heat in winter but stay relatively cool in the summer. A "Lapeyre" quality French fitted kitchen has been installed complete with automatic washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and oven, fridge and microwave. Accommodation:
Ground Floor: Entrance Hall open plan to dual-aspected living room with open fireplace; dining room/kitchen; bath/shower-room with basin and bidet; separate WC. First Floor: Landing; bedroom 1 with double bed and single or cot as required; bedroom two with two or three single beds plus space for a cot, as required; bedroom three: twin beds; shower-room with basin and WC. THE ANNEXE TO THE GITE - 2 BEDROOMS Sleeps 4 plus cot Attached to the gîte, with its own ground floor entrance, is a spacious newly converted two storey annexe. On the ground floor is a large sitting room with a door to an inner lobby and staircase, leading to the first floor. On the first floor a landing area gives access to two bedrooms, a large double-bedded room and smaller twin-bedded room. Also off the landing is a shower-room with basin and WC. This additional accommodation is bookable only in conjunction with the gîte so is not available as a separate unit. Note: All linen provided except towels and cot bedding. OUTSIDE Private terrace with steps up to grassed area; garden furniture and BBQ; ample parking; a short walk, approximately 30 metres, to the 9m x 5m swimming pool.
